Depending on the urgency, criticality and confidentiality of a client's staffing requirements, Traust Search offers three distinct spheres of search, recruitment and placement services.

Contingency Search
This is our popular standard search. Utilizing our structured process and proprietary “True North” model – designed to provide a compass leading to an optimal match – we will assist you in clearly defining your needs and creating a scorecard for your position(s). After conducting our search, we provide you with a short-list of qualified candidates. No fees are paid unless you hire a candidate provided to you by Traust Search.

Retained Search
The retained search is the highest level of recruitment service offered by Traust Search. Your project receives a dedicated team of seasoned professionals whose only function is to assist you with successful placement and in making a well-informed hiring decision.
Traust Search will work with you to develop a detailed profile of both the job duties as well as the cultural dimensions of the position. Using this information, we will work with you to create a profile and scorecard that defines your qualified candidate. Upon mutual acceptance of the job profile and scorecard, a fee is negotiated which guarantees you a minimum number of candidates that meet the specifications. The search will continue until the requisite number of candidates have been qualified and presented.

Dedicated Search
To meet frequent requests by our valued clients for a creative and accommodating service, we offer this dedicated search service as a hybrid between contingency and retained search.
This type of search requires partial funding in advance and is given top priority by our team. It is viable when a search for urgent and critical positions  requires immediate action and results. This is also an effective way to fill multiple openings or high-level search assignments.

ON-SITE RECRUITING AND HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES
